BENEFITS OF AERIAL OR STREETSCAPE RENDERINGS
Aerial renderings are beneficial as they can show the extent of how large a project is. It showcases all of the different buildings in one rendering and also displays how much space the buildings are going to take on the lot. Streetscapes show what the project will look like "from the street" and shows realistically how the building will look when driving up. This matters as people may wonder how the project will fit next to any existing structures and how the curb appeal may change.
